Our client entered the United States from South Korea as a Visa Waiver visitor (WT) in December 2025 and has remained here since. After marrying a U.S. citizen in February 2026, she retained our firm to assist with her green card application. We prepared and filed her I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on April 2, 2026. The process moved quickly, with receipt notices and the biometrics appointment arriving promptly.
