CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client came to the United States from Argentina on a H-1b visa. She married a U.S. Citizen in March 2022. She retained our office on March 21, 2022 for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on March 29, 2022. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On November 28, 2022, the USCIS approved the I-130 petition without an interview. The USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client’s I-693 immigration medical record. Our office filed our client’s I-693 record on December 22, 2022. On February 10, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
