Our client came to the United States from South Korea on a H-1b visa. She married a U.S. Citizen in December 2020. She retained our office on December 2, 2020 for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on December 9, 2020. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On November 11, 2022, the USCIS approved the I-130 petition without an interview. On the same day, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client’s I-693 immigration medical record. Our office filed our client’s I-693 on December 8, 2022. On February 10, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
