Our client came to the United States from Hungary as a visa waiver visitor in April 2017. He overstayed his authorized stay and remained in the United States. He married a U.S. Citizen in November 2022. He retained our office for his green card application on November 21, 2022. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on January 4, 2023. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On March 23, 2023, the USCIS approved the I-130 petition and I-485 adjustment of status application for our client without an interview.
