Our client contacted us in October 2022 to seek legal representation for his naturalization application. He came to the United States from the Philippines and obtained his green card in January 2020 through marriage to a US citizen.
Upon retention, his N-400 application was filed on October 18, 2022 with all supporting documents. Prior to his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On March 15, 2023, our client appeared at the Santa Clara, CA USCIS office for his naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed his naturalization interview. On March 16, 2023, his application was approved. His oath-taking is scheduled in which he will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
