Our client and his father contacted our office in May 2022. Our client’s father came to the United States in January 2003 on a B-2 visitor’s visa. He remained in the United States without lawful status.
Our client became 21 years old in June 2022. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications on August 19, 2022 for his father. Everything went appropriately and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On March 24, 2023, our client appeared at his I-485 adjustment of status interview at the Cleveland, Ohio USCIS Field Office. Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu from our office also accompanied our clients. On March 25, 2023, our client’s father’s adjustment of status application was approved.
