Our client came to the United States from China with an F-1 student visa. She married a U.S. Citizen in November 2021 and she retained our office for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on November 9, 2021. All went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On March 8, 2023, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence and aksed our client to submit bona fide marital evidence with her U.S. citizen husband. Our office filed our client’s response to RFE with numerous evidence, and on April 7, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
