Our client came to the United States from Mexico as an H-2 visa holder in March 2020. He married a U.S. Citizen in July 2022. He retained our office on September 6, 2022 for his green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on September 30, 2022. All went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On April 11, 2023, the USCIS approved the I-130 petition and I-485 adjustment of status application for our client without an interview.
