Our client came to the United States from Ghana in November 2018. She married a U.S. Citizen in May 2021. She retained our office for her green card application on March 24, 2022. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on May 13, 2022. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment all came on time. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On February 7, 2023, our client was interviewed at the Columbus, Ohio USCIS office. On May 6, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
