Our client came to the United States from Japan as a visa waiver visitor in March 2023. She married a U.S. Citizen in May 2023. She retained our office for her green card application, and our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on June 7, 2023. Things went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On August 18, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
