Our client contacted our office in August 2022 regarding his I-751 application.
He is from China and he married a U.S. citizen in January 2020. He obtained a 2-year conditional green card in November 2020. His conditional residency was terminated in November 2022. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his wife filed an I-751 Joint Petition. On September 6, 2022, our office filed the I-751 application to the USCIS. On September 27, 2023, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751. He received his 10-year green card.
