Our client is from Greece who came to the U.S. on a Visa Waiver (WT) in May 2023. She has a US citizen husband and they got married in 2019. She came to the United States with her husband and child for temporary visit; however, they changed their mind and stayed in the United States. She retained our office on July 10, 2023 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on July 31, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On October 5, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
