Our client came to the United States from India with a F-1 student visa. He married a U.S. Citizen in September 2023. He retained our office for his green card application on September 7, 2023. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on September 25, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On November 21, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
