Our client came to the United States from Nigeria with a F-1 student visa. He married a U.S. Citizen in May 2023. He retained our office on September 25, 2023, for his green card application. Our firm prepared the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on October 2, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On November 28, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
