Our client from Canada came to the U.S. with a B-2 visitor’s visa in May 2023. Since then, she has remained in the United States. In August 2023, our client is married her current U.S. citizen husband, then retained us shortly after. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and Adjustment of Status Application on September 14, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On December 12, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
