Our client came to the United States from Vietnam with an F-1 student visa. She married a U.S. Citizen in May 2023. She retained our office for her green card application on May 1, 2023. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on June 1, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On December 13, 2023, our client was interviewed at the Irving, Texas USCIS office. The day after, our client’s green card application was approved.
