Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with an F-1 student visa. She married a U.S. Citizen in July 2023. She retained our office on August 2, 2023 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on September 5, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On January 5, 2024, our client’s green card application was approved.
