CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client entered the United States from the Philippines in June 2017 on a B-2 visitor visa and has remained in the country since then. Following her marriage to a U.S. citizen in April 2025, she retained our office to handle her permanent residency process. We filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on December 11, 2025. After preparing the clients via conference calls, we attended the interview at the Albany, New York USCIS office on February 11, 2026. Our client’s green card application was subsequently approved on March 19, 2026.
