Originally from India, she married a U.S. citizen in May 2021 and obtained a two-year conditional green card that December. Because her conditional residency was set to expire in December 2023, she and her husband filed a joint I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Permanent Residence. She retained our services, and we filed the petition on September 5, 2023. USCIS approved the application on March 13, 2026, and she has since received her 10-year green card.
