Our client came to the United States from South Korea for her undergraduate program with an F-1 status in the U.S. She married a U.S. Citizen in June 2025 and retained our office for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on September 29, 2025. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On December 11, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Baltimore, MD USCIS office. Attorney Sung Hee Yu, Esq. from our office also accompanied our clients. On August 28, 2026, our client’s green card was approved.
