Our client contacted us in April 2025 to seek legal representation for his Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Originally from South Korea, he obtained his lawful permanent resident status (green card) in July 2016.
Once retained, our firm filed his N-400 application along with all supporting documentation on April 15, 2025. Prior to the interview, our office prepared him thoroughly via a conference call. On October 3, 2025, the client appeared at the USCIS field office in Cleveland, Ohio, for his interview, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our firm. Our client answered all questions correctly and successfully passed. Ultimately, his application was approved on June 1, 2026. He is now awaiting his scheduled oath ceremony, where he will officially become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
