Our client, a public school district in Casa Grande, Arizona, retained our office in April 2026 to assist with an H-1B extension for a foreign employee. The beneficiary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, qualifying him for the specialty occupation of Math Teacher, which requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or its equivalent. He has been working for the district in H-1B status since July 2022 and has an approved I-140 petition. On May 26, 2026, our office filed the H-1B petition with extensive supporting documentation via premium processing. The petition was successfully approved on June 14, 2026.
